The aims of this research are to study a prototype of a digital media presentation and to apply
various aspects of the potential for Ramkhamhaeng University (RU) to reap the maximum benefits with
regard to teaching and learning. The population consisted of the RU faculty staff teaching PC 280 (Industrial
and Organizational Psychology), the mass communication specialists, the production of educational media,
specialists, the educational technology officials, and those involved in teaching and learning both inside and
outside of RU. A total sample is 21. The Delphi technique was used. The research tools consisted of a
prototype of a digital media presentation and a five-point-scale questionnaire. The data collection and
analysis were done in the form of percentages, median and quartiles.
The findings were as follows:
1. with regard to the type and size of the font, the font used in the title should be AngsanaUPC bold
in Thai and Arial in English. The text font should be AngsanaUPC in Thai and Arial in English. The text in
each screen should be no more than 10 lines. The type of font used throughout one lesson should be the
same. The font size correlated with the number of lines. The insertion of text on the picture accompanying
with the presentation, the text separation and the appropriateness of the text sequence were found to be the
most appropriate.
2. with regard to the font color and the background, the most appropriate were a yellow font for the
title, a white font for the text, a blue background, and red to highlight the text.
3. with regard to the pictures accompanying the presentation, it was found that the still pictures
conveyed the desired message clearly. The timing of the appearance of the pictures accompanying the
presentation was found to be the most appropriate. The moving pictures accompanying the presentation
conveyed the message clearly and were appropriate at a high level.
4. with regard to the media accompanying the presentation, it was found that the process of using
such media was easy for use and was highly appropriate. As regard to other factors relating to the
presentation prototype, these were found to be appropriate at a high level.

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นแบบการนำเสนอสื่อประกอบการบรรยายแบบดิจิตอล และเพื่อ
นำศักยภาพด้านต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอนสูงสุด กลุ่ม
ตัวอย่างเป็นคณาจารย์เจ้าของวิชา PC 280 จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์การของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง และ
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสื่อสารมวลชน ด้านการผลิตสื่อการศึกษา นักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอน
ทั้งภายนอกและภายในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จำนวน 21 คน การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ
วิจัย ประกอบด้วยสื่อต้นแบบประกอบการบรรยายแบบดิจิตอล และแบบสอบถามปลายปิด ชนิดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
การวิเคราะห์และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ มัธยฐาน และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
ความเหมาะสมด้านรูปแบบ และขนาดตัวอักษร สีตัวอักษรและพื้นหลัง ภาพประกอบการบรรยาย และการ
นำเสนอสื่อประกอบการบรรยายของต้นแบบการนำเสนอสื่อแบบดิจิตอล คือ
1. ด้านรูปแบบและขนาดตัวอักษร การใช้ตัวอักษรหัวเรื่อง ตัวหัวกลมเป็นตัวหนา AngsanaUPC ใน
ภาษาไทย และใช้ ตัว Arial ในภาษาอังกฤษ ตัวอักษรข้อความใช้ตัวหัวกลม AngsanaUPC ในภาษาไทย และใช้ตัว
Arial ในภาษาอังกฤษ ตัวอักษรในหนึ่งหน้าจอมีไม่เกิน 10 บรรทัด โดยลักษณะเหมือนกันรูปแบบเดียวกันตลอดในหนึ่ง
บทเรียน ขนาดตัวอักษรต้องสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนบรรทัด การซ้อนอักษรข้อความ บนภาพประกอบการบรรยาย การ
แบ่งแยกข้อความ และความเหมาะสมของการลำดับข้อความมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ด้านสีตัวอักษรและพื้นหลัง การ
ใช้สีตัวอักษรหัวเรื่องสีเหลือง สีตัวอักษรข้อความสีขาวโดยสีพื้นหลังสีน้ำเงิน และสีที่เน้นข้อความสำคัญสีแดงมีความ
เหมาะสมมากที่สุด
2. ด้านภาพประกอบการบรรยาย การใช้ภาพนิ่งประกอบการบรรยาย สื่อความหมายได้และมีความชัดเจน
และจังหวะในการปรากฏภาพประกอบการบรรยายมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ส่วนภาพเคลื่อนไหวประกอบการบรรยาย
สื่อความหมายได้และมีความชัดเจน มีความเหมาะสมมาก
3. ด้านการนำเสนอสื่อประกอบการบรรยายโดยขั้นตอนการใช้สื่อประกอบการบรรยายง่ายต่อการใช้งานมี
ความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ส่วนในเรื่ององค์ประกอบทั่ว ๆ ไปของสื่อต้นแบบ มีความเหมาะสมมาก
