The main objectives of this research were to study teacher’s attitudes towards educational management for students with disabilities in Ramkhamhaeng University and to compare teacher’s attitudes toward education management for these students; the teachers were categorized by gender, education and years of service. The sample consisted of teachers from different faculties in Ramkhamhaeng University in the first semester of the 2012 academic year; the sample was acquired by determining a sample size at 95% of reliability level, according to the Krejcie and Morgan table and by stratified sampling. Each stratum used a simple random sampling method by ballot, to obtain the total of 260 samples. The tool of this research was a questionnaire, which contained a five-choice level section with 29 items, IOC between 0.8-1.0. The collected data were analyzed by a computer software package to figure out statistics, percentage, frequencies, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and comparison of discrepancy values for two groups, by using “t test” independent. The results of the research showed two main findings: (1) The teachers’ attitudes towards educational management for students with disabilities in Ramkhamhaeng University were, in general, at a high level. The first three items, which were sorted from more to less, revealed that the educational management benefitted the students with disabilities and helped the students with disabilities gain more self-esteem. Second, the educational management for students with disabilities enabled them to have an opportunity to study equal to that of regular students. Third, the educational management for students with disabilities established social equity for students with disabilities. (2) The comparison of the attitudes of teachers of different genders, education and years of service showed that the attitudes varied insignificantly at the 0.05 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของอาจารย์ ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาพิการ ในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง และเปรียบเทียบเจตคติของอาจารย์ ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาพิการ ในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และอายุราชการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น อาจารย์คณะต่าง ๆ ในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จากการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan และทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบชั้นภูมิอย่าง ไม่มีสัดส่วน (stratified random sampling) แต่ละชั้นภูมิใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) โดยการจับสลาก ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเจตคติของอาจารย์ ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาพิการ ในมหาวิทยาลัย  ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดให้เลือกตอบ 5 ระดับ จำนวน 29 ข้อ มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.8 ถึง 1.0 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป คำนวณหาค่าสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และเปรียบเทียบหาค่าความแตกต่าง กรณี 2 กลุ่มใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) แบบอิสระ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาอาจารย์มีเจตคติต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาพิการในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายข้อ 3 อันดับแรก โดยเรียงจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการทำให้คนพิการได้ประโยชน์จากการจัดการศึกษา และการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการทำให้คนพิการรู้สึกว่าตนเองมีคุณค่ามากขึ้น 2) การจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการทำให้คนพิการมีโอกาสได้รับการศึกษาเท่าเทียมกับคนปกติ และ 3) การจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการเป็นการสร้างความเสมอภาคทางสังคมสำหรับคนพิการ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบ เจตคติของอาจารย์ ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาพิการในมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ที่มีเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และอายุราชการที่ต่างกัน มีเจตคติแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
