The purposes of this descriptive correlational study were to examine. 1)The academic achievement, attitude toward the use of nursing processes and ability to use nursing processes among graduated students graduated from Bachelor of Nursing Science Program. 2) The relationship between academic achievement and attitude toward the use of nursing processes and ability to use nursing processes among graduated students graduated from Bachelor of Nursing Science Program of the faculty of nursing, Pathumthani University, in academic year 2012. A random sample of 48 graduated students was recruited for this study. Four instruments employed to collect the data consisted of a demographic questionnaire, a cumulative GPA recorded form, an attitude forward the use of nursing process questionnaire, and an ability of the use nursing process exam. The reliability of an attitude forward the use of nursing process questionnaire examined by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was .98; whereas an ability of the use nursing process exam tested by KR-20 was 0.88The results showed that 1) The academic achievement were at moderate level(58.34%).2) The attitude to use nursing processes were at high level(x̅=4.66, S.D. =0.27). 3) The academic achievement and attitude to use nursing processes had no significant relationships with an ability to use nursing processes (r = 0.056, p = 0.703). 4) The attitude to use nursing processes had no significant relationships with an ability to use nursing processes (r = 0.051, p = 0.730). The study suggested that a concept of nursing processes should be applied to use in nursing subjects. Moreover, learning and teaching should be focused on thinking processes of students. The processes lead to improve the ability to use nursing process.

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล และความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หลักสูตรพยาบาล-ศาสตรบัณฑิต และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล กับความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาล-ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยปทุมธานี ในปีการศึกษา 2555 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 48 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบบันทึกเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมแบบวัดเจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล และแบบทดสอบความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล ซึ่งค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ของแบบวัดเจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient)ได้เท่ากับ .98 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลทดสอบ โดยใช้สูตร KR-20 ได้ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.88 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ ร้อยละ 58.34 มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนเจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅=4.66, S.D.=0.27) 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.056, p = 0.703) 4. เจตคติต่อการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.051, p = 0.730)การวิจัยนี้ได้มีข้อเสนอแนะในการนำแนวคิดกระบวนการพยาบาลมาประยุกต์ใช้ในรายวิชาทางการพยาบาลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ เน้นระบบการคิดให้กับนักศึกษา ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลมากขึ้น
