In this research investigation, the researcher examines the management participation levels of teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the local government in Pathum Thani province. The researcher investigates the effectiveness of the schools under study. The researcher compares the management participation levels of the teachers under investigation classified by demographic factors. The researcher also studies the relationship between the teachers’ management participation levels and the effectiveness of the schools under study. The sample population consisted of 259 teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the local government in Pathum Thani province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The techniques of independent samples t test, F-test (one-way ANOVA), and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient were also employed. Findings are as follows: 1. The teachers under study participated in management at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of the schools under investigation was at a high level. 3. The teachers who differed in age and worked in schools of different sizes exhibited differences in their management participation levels. 4. The teachers’ management participation levels positively correlated with the effectiveness at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานี ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานี เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานีจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 259 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test independent sample ค่า F-test (One-way ANOVA) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูผู้สอนมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารในระดับมาก ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดปทุมธานีอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ครูผู้สอนที่อายุต่างกันและปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารแตกต่างกัน 4) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารของครูผู้สอนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลในระดับสูง
