The purposes of the evaluation of psychology curriculum and the graduates’ work quality were to study
the individual’s status and the employment of the psychology graduates, to evaluate the psychology
curriculum at the undergraduate level by classifying the major field of study and the academic year of
accomplishment and to evaluate working quality of the psychology graduates in the opinions of the employers
by classifying the major fields of study and the academic year of graduation. Investigating and collecting the
data by sending the 453 questionnaires to the psychology graduates who completed their degree in the
requirements academic years 2001–2003. A total of 273 questionnaires were sent back, comprising about
60.40 percent.
The results were as follows:
1. The psychology graduates who accomplished in the academic years 2001-2003 and every major
field of study including counseling and guidance, social psychology, clinical and community psychology and
industrial and organizational psychology were found that most of them were female and still single, could find
a job the same field that they had studied and worked in the public sector except the psychology graduates
in the major field of industrial and organizational psychology worked in private sector. The psychology
graduates in the major field of counseling and guidance could not find job in the same field that they had
studied and most of them worked in private sector. However most of the psychology graduates were satisfied
with the job they did and the employers were also satisfied with their working ability.
2. In evaluating the psychology curriculum in the opinion of the psychology graduates who
accomplished in the academic years 2001-2003 and every major field of study was found that the objectives
and the contents of teaching were up-dated and served to the current situation, in addition the methods of
teaching, the learning evaluation, the ability to apply knowledge to work and lives, were classified by the
fundamental psychology subjects, the compulsory subjects and the elective subjects, were on a good level.
3. As for the evaluation work quality of the psychology graduates in the opinions of the employers, the
results showed that the psychology graduates had a good level of personality, ability to work and skills for
working but they had a moderate level of academic knowledge and vision.

การประเมินหลักสูตรจิตวิทยาและคุณภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสำรวจสถานภาพ
ส่วนตัว และการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต ประเมินความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรจิตวิทยาระดับปริญญาตรี
จำแนกตามสาขาวิชาเอกและปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา และประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือ
นายจ้าง ต่อคุณภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิตจิตวิทยา จำแนกตามสาขาวิชาเอกและปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา โดยใช้
แบบสอบถาม (questionnaire) สำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบัณฑิตจิตวิทยา ที่สำเร็จในปีการศึกษา 2544-2546 จาก
การส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 453 ชุด ได้รับคืนจำนวน 273 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.40
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. บัณฑิตจิตวิทยาที่สำเร็จในปีการศึกษา 2544-2546 ทุกสาขาวิชาเอกได้แก่ สาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยาบริการ
ปรึกษาและแนะแนว สาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยาสังคม สาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยาคลินิกและชุมชน และสาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยา
อุตสาหกรรมและองค์การ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีสถานภาพโสด สามารถหางานทำตรงตามสาขาที่เรียนและได้งาน
ทำในหน่วยงานรัฐบาล ยกเว้นบัณฑิตจิตวิทยาสาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์การได้งานทำในหน่วยงาน
เอกชน สำหรับบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาเอกจิตวิทยาการบริการปรึกษาและแนะแนวไม่สามารถหางานทำได้ตรงตามสาขาที่
เรียนและส่วนใหญ่ทำงานในองค์การเอกชน บัณฑิตจิตวิทยาทุกสาขาวิชาเอกส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในงานที่ทำและมี
ความเห็นว่า ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือนายจ้างพอใจในการทำงานของบัณฑิต
2. การประเมินความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จในปีการศึกษา 2544-2546 ทุกสาขาวิชาเอกต่อหลักสูตร
จิตวิทยา พบว่าการตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ในการสอน เนื้อหาวิชาที่สอน มีความทันสมัยและสอดคล้องกับภาวะปัจจุบัน
วิธีการสอน วิธีการวัดผล การประยุกต์ความรู้ใช้ในการทำงาน และการประยุกต์ความรู้ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต จำแนก
ตามรายวิชาพื้นฐานทางจิตวิทยา วิชาเอกบังคับและวิชาเลือก อยู่ในระดับดี
3. การประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือนายจ้าง ต่อคุณภาพการทำงานของบัณฑิต
จิตวิทยา พบว่าผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือนายจ้าง เห็นว่าบัณฑิตจิตวิทยามีบุคลิกภาพ ความสามารถในการ
ทำงาน และมีทักษะในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดี สำหรับความรู้ และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
