The aim of this research is to study the needs for participating in educational management of
parents of Ramkhamhaeng Demonstration School students in four aspects: academia, budgets, personal
management, and general management; and to compare the needs between different sexes, educational
levels, occupations and incomes. The samples used were the students’ parents studying in the second
semester of the academic year 2005. They were randomed by the process of simple random sampling at the
reliability of 95 percent from a population of 2,081. Then the numbers of samples were limited by using the
Taro Yamane Table at 5 percent variants of random. The derived samples were 333 persons and 365
persons were used in this research. Result of the research.
The researcher had separated the results of this research into 2 parts as follows:
Part 1 the needs for participating in educational management of the parents both in general and by
aspects: budgets, personnel management and general management were at low level, while academic
aspect was at moderate level.
Part 2 the comparison of the needs for participating in educational management of the parents was
as follows:
2.1 for the parents who had different sexes, participating in educational management both in
general and by aspects: academia, budgets, personnel management, and general management had no
difference.
2.2 for the parents who had different age, participating in educational management both in
general and by aspects: academia, budgets, and general management had no difference, while in the aspect
personnel of management there was statistical significant difference at .05 level.
2.3 for the parents who had different educational levels, participating in educational management both
in general and by aspects: academia, personnel management, and general management had no difference,
while in the aspect of budgets, there was statistical significant difference at .05 level.
2.4 for the parents who had different occupations, participating in educational management both
in general and by aspects: academia, personnel management, and general management had no difference,
while in the aspect of budgets, there was statistical significant difference at .05 level.
2.5 for the parents who had different incomes, participating in educational management both in
general and by aspects: academia, budgets, personnel management, and general management had no
difference.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครอง
นักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล
และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการ การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน
โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน
การศึกษาความต้องการ การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัย
รามคำแหง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2548 ได้มา
โดยการสุ่มแบบง่าย (simple random sampling) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ขนาดประชากร 2,081 คน แล้ว
กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จของ Taro Yamane ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อนในการสุ่ม 5 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ได้
จำนวนตัวอย่าง 333 คน ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้ตัวอย่างจำนวน 365 คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

น้อย ส่วนด้านวิชาการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
ตอนที่ 2. เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ความต้องการการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน
โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง
2.1 ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่มีเพศต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน
ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป ต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา
ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.2 ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่มีอายุต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน
ด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป ต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วน
ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
2.3 ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและ
รายด้าน ด้านวิชาการ ด้านบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป ต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาไม่
