The research purpose was to study and explore the transformation leadership of administrators and the relationship between transformation leadership of administrators with teaching efficiency of teachers under The office of Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research population was focused on the teachers from the school under the office of Suratthani primary education Service Area Office 1 by data collection. The questionnaire reliability was at 0.97. The statistics used to analyse the data were the tests of mean,standard deviation and Pearson correlation.

From the analysis, the results could be found that the transformation leadership under The office of Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall in the high level . When each aspect was considered separately, the transformation leadership of administrators was in the high level for every aspect. The highest average stated was the transformation leadership of the administrators inspirational motivation and the transformation leadership of administrators intellectual stimulation was the least average. The teaching efficiency of teachers under The office of Suratthani administrators Educational Service Area Office 1 was overall in the high level . When each aspect was considered separately, the highest average was in the aspect of building relationships between teachers and student and the management of the teaching process was the least average. The relationships between transformation leadership of administrators with teaching efficiency of teachers under The office of Suratthani administrators Educational Service Area Office 1 were overall in the neutral level in a statistical significant of 0.01, and when each aspect was considered separately, the aspect of building relationships between teachers and student together with the management of the teaching process was rated highly and the transformation leadership of administrators together with the measurement and evaluation of teachers was rated lowly in a statistical significant of 0.01.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครู จำนวน 303 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญามีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดและประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูด้าน การจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของครูมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียนและด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนของครูสูงสุดและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนต่ำสุด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
