In the course of this quasi-experimental design research investigation carried out at Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (RUDS), the researcher conducted an experiment with a group of students, all of whom were autistic. The research instruments used by the researcher in carrying out this inquiry were tripartite. They consisted, first, of cartoon lessons to be used in training these autistic students in cooking skills. Which aims to create a cartoon animation tutorials for training in cooking abilities of autism children through Efficiency according to criteria of 80/80, and comparison ability to cook of autism children before and after using animatad tutorials for training in cooking of autism children.The cartoons pertained to three cooking topics: (1) rice cooking; (2) omelette making; and (3) soup preparation. The second research instrument was a 30-item form used to evaluate the learning achievement of these students vis-à-vis the three cooking topics. Applying the Kuder - Richard Formula 20 (KR-20), the researcher determined that the reliability level of the form was couched at 0.62. The third research instrument was a form for evaluating the quality of the media - cartoons - utilized in the experiment.

The researcher collected data from the experimental performance of twelve autistic children. These RUDS children were enrolled at the levels of Prathom Sueksa 4 to 6 in the second semester of the academic year 2014. Findings showed that the aforementioned cartoon lessons displayed a mean score at the very good level of 4.58. In respect to satisfying the set efficiency standard of 80/80, it was determined that the lessons surpassed the set criterion at the level of 82.50/85.92. Furthermore, prior to being instructed by the cartoon lessons, these autistic children exhibited an achievement score mean of 12.92 concomitant with a standard deviation of 2.39. The post-experiment achievement score showed a mean of 23.50 in association with a standard deviation of 3.18. This means that the autistic students under study displayed scores on achievement in cooling skills at a higher level upon the completion of the study.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองรูปแบบ (quasi experimental design) โดยได้ดำเนินการทดลองกับกลุ่มทดลองเพียงกลุ่มเดียว ซึ่งเป็นเด็กออทิสติกทั้งหมดของ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายประถม) โดยผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่บทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชันเพื่อฝึกความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติก ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชันเพื่อฝึกความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติกที่ผ่านการประเมินและมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติกก่อนและหลังการใช้บทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชันเพื่อฝึกความสามารถการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติก ซึ่งได้แบ่งเนื้อหาการเรียนออกเป็น 3 เรื่อง คือ เรื่องที่ 1 การหุงข้าว เรื่องที่ 2 การทอดไข่เจียว และเรื่องที่ 3 การทำแกงจืด แบบประเมินความสามารถทางการเรียน จำนวน 3 เรื่อง ทั้งหมด 30 ข้อ ตามบทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชันเพื่อฝึกความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติกที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบประเมิน 0.62 โดยใช้สูตร KR - 20 และแบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการทดลองโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับเด็กออทิสติกระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายประถม) จำนวน 12 คน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชันเพื่อฝึกความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารของเด็กออทิสติก ที่สร้าง ซึ่ง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.58 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ดีมาก โดยมีค่าประสิทธิภาพที่ผ่านการประเมินและมีประสิทธิภาพ 82.50/ 85.92 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 และเด็กออทิสติกมีคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยก่อนใช้บทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชัน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 12.92 คะแนนส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2.39 คะแนน ค่าเฉลี่ยหลังใช้บทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชัน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 23.50 คะแนนส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 3.18 ซึ่งแสดงว่าเด็กออทิสติกมีคะแนนความสามารถในการประกอบอาหารหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนเมื่อเรียนด้วยบทเรียนการ์ตูนเอนิเมชัน
