This research evaluated the Bachelor of Education Program in Education Communications and Technology (Revised A.D. 2012) of Ramkhamhaeng University in four fields: Context of the Curriculum, Preliminary Factor of the Curriculum, Process of the Curriculum, and Product of the Curriculum. Three groups were studied: students or graduates, teachers, and employers. The quantitative research method was used in this study, and the data were collected with a survey from the participants. The statistics for the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and percentage. The study revealed a large variety of results.
(1) Regarding the context of the curriculum, it was found that (1.1) the curriculum’s objectives had an overall average of suitability, given by teachers, at the highest level; (1.2) as for the curriculum’s structure, the average suitability, by student and teacher groups, was at the highest level; and (1.3) concerning the curriculum’s subjects, the overall suitability, for the students and teachers, was at a high level. (2) Furthermore, concerning the preliminary factor of the curriculum, it was found that the overall satisfaction with curriculum management, given by the students, was at a high level. (3) In addition, as for the process of the curriculum, it was found that (3.1) in regard to the learning development of the students, the overall suitability, given by the teacher group, was at a high level, and (3.2) as for the teacher’s development, the overall satisfaction, by the teachers, was at the middle level. (4) Finally, with regard to the production of the curriculum, it was found that (4.1) concerning the career after graduation, most students pursued independent careers related to technology and communication as the top priority, and business careers related to technology and communication as the lowest; this is consistent with the teacher group. In addition, the teachers thought that the careers as teachers and media and instructional system designers will be in the demand in the future society. And (4.2) regarding the overall satisfaction of those employers, the overall satisfaction was at a high level.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา (ปรับปรุง 2555) ของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ในด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เรียนหรือบัณฑิตผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Method) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตร เกี่ยวกับ (1.1) วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรฯ อาจารย์ให้ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความเหมาะสมในภาพรวม
อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (1.2) โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรฯ นักศึกษาและอาจารย์มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (1.3) รายวิชาในหลักสูตรฯ นักศึกษาและอาจารย์มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความต้องการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของหลักสูตร พบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการหลักสูตรฯ ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ด้านกระบวนการ เกี่ยวกับ (3.1) การพัฒนาผลการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา พบว่า อาจารย์มีความเห็นต่อการพัฒนาผลการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3.2) การพัฒนาคณาจารย์ ในภาพรวมอาจารย์มีความพึงพอใจโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) ด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร เกี่ยวกับ (4.1) อาชีพที่ประกอบได้หลังสำเร็จการศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ต้องการประกอบอาชีพอิสระที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสารในลำดับสูงสุด และอาชีพนักธุรกิจทางด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาในลำดับต่ำสุด ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับผู้สอน นอกจากนี้อาจารย์ผู้สอนยังมีความเห็นว่า อาชีพอาจารย์ และนักออกแบบสื่อและระบบการสอนยังเป็นที่ต้องการของสังคมในอนาคต และ (4.2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
